Donor Pledge Form Template

There are two types (generally) of pledge solicitations. 

1. The Donor Pledge form:

This is used for immediate giving, where donors provide an on-the-spot gift via check or credit card. 

2. The Pledge Card Promise form:

This is used when you wish to ask donors to promise to give a speicific amount over a specific period of time. Donors sign the pledge. And pay later.
