Photographer wishes to photograph event.
AGREEMENT:
By and in consideration of the mutual promises set forth hereafter, the parties agree as follows:
- Grant of Photographer Rights. Throughout the term of this agreement, Photographer shall be permitted to photograph [the happening] and shall be granted limited rights to the use of all photographs taken at the event. Photographer shall be entitled to sell said photographs to [name appropriate parties]. Photographer agrees not to publish or use or cause to be used in any way any photograph taken at the event in any publication for promotion, editorial or any other purpose with the prior written approval of an authorized representative of [your company name].
- Consideration. Photographer agrees to provide to [your company name] a contact sheet and/or CD of all photographs taken at the event within ten (10) business days following the event date. Photographer agrees to provide [your company name] with a minimum of [give number] 8" x 10" photographs of [your company name]'s choice within a commercially reasonable amount of time from the date of request by [your company name]. [your company name] agrees to purchase any additional photographs at a price of $______________.

[your company name] shall have the sole and exclusive right to use those photographs provided as consideration to [your company name] or purchased by [your company name] for any purpose, including editorial, promotion or merchandising use. [Your company name] agrees to provide photo credit to photographer for any photographs used for publication.
