Prize package includes:
Trip for 2 to New York City, NY. Prize includes round trip airfare for two from Denver, CO to New York City, NY, 2 nights accommodations for 2, including transfers, tickets for 2 to one Broadway show, dinner at Tavern on the Green for 2, admission to Empire State Building for 2 and includes all taxes, sedan driver and gratuities. To make reservations the winner must contact Master Travel at least 30 days prior to anticipate departure. Reservations must include a Saturday night stay and are subject to availability. Reservations must be finalized by September 1st, 2004. Airline tickets may not be upgraded, assigned or transferred and are non-refundable. Trip must be completed prior to November 1st, 2004. Blackout dates are May 26th – June 2nd, June 30th - July 7th, and September 1st –8th.
Not included are stay over add-ons, meals, bar, phone, tax, and transportation to and from airports. Winner may purchase additional travel time from Master Travel.
Consolation Prize: All qualifiers will receive a gift certificate for 2 persons to the April 28 performance of They’re Playing Our Song at the Country Dinner Playhouse. A total of 59 prizes will be awarded to contest qualifiers.
By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither the Country Dinner Playhouse, Master Travel, TV Channel 4, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants' participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
