Business cards, letterhead and other business correspondence
Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, invoices, folders, etc., should all carry the same identifying logo. This is important in building your image and brand. It also keeps customers from getting confused by too many different identifiers for the same company.
If color is too expensive, stick with good old black ink on white paper. You can't go wrong.
Printers usually charge per ink color used. If you use black ink on white paper, that is one color of ink, and you will be charged for one color.
If you use blue ink on white paper, that is also one color of ink, and you will be charged for one color.
If you use black ink and blue ink on white paper, that is two colors of ink, and you will be charged for two colors.
The more colors, the more expensive the printing.
Note: MANY men seem to like to see the color blue on their cards and stationery.
